Steve ran away from his PMP Credentials some time ago after finding the warm and welcoming joy of Agile. Always a ‘people-person’, and never quite the Professional Project Manager, Steve discovered that Agile was a perfect fit for him. Steve went on to work with several Agile Teams and conducted Agile Training at Hallmark, spreading the ‘good word’ of Agile to anyone willing to listen (and even those that wouldn’t). His passion and energy took him to other teams (Westar Energy, FHLBTopeka and now at Cerner) where he continues to share his knowledge and experience of Agile. Steve embraces the learning culture that Agile advocates in his constant pursuit of personal and professional betterment.
